Santa's Grotto
Step into a world of wonder as the jolly real elves welcome you to the enchanting Christmas Grotto! Meander through a twinkling winter wonderland, where every corner sparkles with festive magic. Approach the creaking door, and peep behind to discover the real Father Christmas - waiting to share the joy of the season with you. Along the way, savour sweet treats and meet the charming and cheeky ‘Elf Security’ team. Prepare for belly-laughs and frosty-fun in our Snowman Showdown, where you’ll join forces with our mischievous elf in a playful battle to knock down our snowmen in a cheeky twist on the classic coconut shy! Delight in creating your own Reindeer Food with the excitement of knowing that your special snacks will help guide Santa’s sleigh on Christmas Eve.
Santa's Toy Store
After your heart-warming encounter with Father Christmas, the playful team of festive helpers invite you to their enchanting workshop. There, an astonishing collection of toys and games stretch from floor to ceiling, igniting tremendous excitement for the little ones (and grown-ups alike!) as they pick out their very own Christmas gift from the authentic North Pole Toy Store.
Childrens Nativity
Little stars are invited to shine in our beloved interactive nativity (yes, the very one featured on BBC News!) Step into the story of Christmas as children transform in charming costumes to become Joseph, Mary, shepherds, kings, twinkling stars, or even the fluffiest sheep. With real-life donkeys trotting in to steal the show and our famously Grumpy Innkeeper adding a dash of humour, this heart-warming experience brings the nativity to life in the most enchanting way. Full of laughter, wonder, and festive spirit, it’s a memory-making moment that will stay with you long after the tinsel’s packed away.
This extra special activity is available to all at 12pm in the animal encounters barn on the following dates: 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th, 20th – 24th December exclusively.

Sip a cosy coffee in one of our warm indoor play barns, or bundle up and embrace the chill with a whirl on the tractor ride, a prance with our festive ponies, or a thrilling dash down the toboggan run (Alps vibes included!).
With over 50 rides and attractions to explore, it’s a jam-packed, joy-filled day out for the whole family - bursting with festive cheer, laughter, and magical memories waiting to be made.

Grotto FAQs
Father Christmas will make a grand appearance during the grotto experience. You will enter the room exclusively with your family and have the chance to meet and have a professional photo taken.
Note: The time on your Ticket is your allocated queuing time, not the exact time you will see Santa and there may be a very short wait.
Under 2's are free unless you'd like them to receive a gift from Father Christmas' toy store and participate fully in the grotto activities. If you have a child under 2 and would like them to receive a gift, you will need to purchase an 'Under 2 with Gift' ticket. If you have an under 2 and do not wish for them to receive a gift, they do not need to be added to the booking.

- Includes Santa’s Grotto admission (Exclusive family visit to Father Christmas, take part in our Snowman Showdown to win a special tree decoration, make magical reindeer food, and find out if you're on the nice list). Our Christmas events have historically sold out in advance, so we don't recommend relying on on-the-gate purchases, as you are likely to be disappointed. To avoid missing out in the future, please sign up for our emails here, and you will be notified first about all ticket releases and any special offers throughout the year.

Yes – every Festive Fishers Grotto ticket allows free ALL DAY access to Fishers Farm.
No, your Festive Fishers Grotto ticket includes FREE full-day indoor and outdoor farm access for the entire day of your visit.
Festive Fishers Grotto tickets include a FREE all-day access pass to Fishers Farm Park on the day of your visit. Your grotto experience will last approximately 20 minutes.
As many as you would like to bring! (However, please be aware that no more than 20 people will be allowed into the grotto at any one session).
If you would like to go into the grotto at the same time as your party, please ensure you select the same sessions for the entire party at the time of booking. Bookings cannot be amended retrospectively for any reason, and parties who book across different sessions cannot then be merged into the same one.
If you cannot select the dates or times that you want, this means they are either sold out, or this date/time is not available.
There is no age limit to visit Father Christmas, and everyone is welcome, but those aged 16+ will need to purchase an adult ticket and will not receive a gift from the North Pole Toy store.
Yes, we will be running an interactive children's nativity this year in The Animal Encounters Barn at 12:00 on all the Ultimate Festive Fun event dates. If your children would like to partake in the nativity, please arrive no later than 11:45 am. We will involve as many children as we can on a first-come, first-served basis, so please get to the barn early to avoid disappointment.
Regretfully, the nativity is not running on the Festive Fun dates (weekdays, term time).

Family pantomime
Jack & the Beanstalk ticket holders are able to access Fishers Farm Park 30 minutes before the start of the show and are welcome to stay at the park until close at 5pm.

Splash Attack, Panning for Gemstones & Jungle Flume are seasonally operated and will not be available during the winter months.
We will be offering specifically tailored Father Christmas for families of children with special educational needs who might prefer a quieter and calmer experience.
During these sessions, the group sizes in the main hall will be reduced to allow for more time and space. There will be Christmas lights but no bright lights or loud music to ensure a calm yet stimulating experience. An optional email, including a video will be available to carers/parents prior to arrival, should you wish to familiarise your child with the layout of the grotto. Please feel free to let Father Christmas know how best to communicate with your child. If any part of the experience is a little too much, sensory toys will be available to borrow during the experience.
Whilst the Father Christmas session will be dedicated to SEN families, the wider Farm Park will be open to other visitors during this time. Please note that visitors with additional needs are of course welcome to attend on any date and any time, however our dedicated SEN sessions are specifically for families with children with additional needs, where extra provisions will be in place.

Yes, absolutely! The grotto has been designed with wheelchairs in mind, but please feel free to contact us should you have any specific worries or concerns. We have a friendly and understanding team who will happily set your mind at ease should you need more specific information regarding accessibility during this event.
As a separate ticketed event, this event does not carry a membership discount.
Yes, we have ample free parking in our car park with disabled bays for blue badge holders located just outside reception.
Undercover picnic space is limited at this time of year. Only food and drink purchased onsite is allowed within the indoor play barns. Pre-book your table in The Saddle Rooms Restaurant between 11:30 am and 3 pm. The Farmers Grill is open for lunch, with drinks and snacks also available from Ramblers Retreat and The Lucky Horseshoe Coffee Bar.
